Gryt Willimzik Aktiebolag is for example able to provide a proprietary one pass tube drawing process that enables unparalleled performance both when it comes to quality and cost effectiveness.

Since the early nineties, the development and implmentation of our tube drawing process have been assisted by our proprietary cold forming software. For more than 10 years, we have been using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) in order optimize our cold forming processes.

Key features of our proprietary tube drawing process:

Cold reduction up to 50% per pass (depending on material)
Dimensional precision between +/- 0.05mm and .005mm including ovality after one pass depending on specifications
Reduction of the inside surface roughness by a factor of 3-10 (Ra) in one pass
Maximum inside surface roughness Ra .05 - .4 µm (2 - 15 Ra) including weld area depending on pre-material and specifications
